Why is it important to be connected to different settings?
Today, the children finished their lesson about settlements as last week we had to cut our lesson short as Mr Randini visited the school.
The children watched a short clip about settlements and how we are connected to other settlements. They identified the type of settlement they live in and some of their family and friends. Having considered all the options, the children decided that we need to have good connections to other settlements especially living in the Isle of Wight as there are no cities here. That means the children would not be able to visit family and friends, go to museums, concerts or attend sporting events.
Some great discussions again year 4, class dojos awarded.
